When does my listing go live?
After checkout, you’ll be guided to complete your profile in the Provider Dashboard. Once submitted, our team reviews your listing and publishes it within 1 business day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. You keep dashboard access and your listing stays visible until the end of your current billing period.
Am I charged automatically at renewal?
Yes. Your plan renews automatically at the regular rate shown in your account unless you cancel. We’ll email you 30 days before your card expires so you can update it.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch CareNiva Express servers and are encrypted end-to-end.
What if I need help?
Email support@careniva.com and we’ll reply within 1 business day. For urgent billing issues, reply to any transactional email and we’ll prioritize your request.
