How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?

It’s simple: $0/month, no contract. Listing your practice on CareNiva Express is free. You pay a flat $20 only when CareNiva Express sends you a brand-new patient who books through your profile. You’re never billed a subscription — and visits with the patients we send you run on the platform for free.

What counts as a “new patient” I pay for?

A new patient is someone who discovers you on CareNiva Express and books their first visit with you through your CareNiva Express profile. You’re charged the $20 once, for that first booking. Every visit after that with the same patient — repeat visits and follow-ups — is free.

Do I pay for visits with my existing patients?

There is no booking fee for patients you already serve or bring to CareNiva yourself. When you use the CareNiva telehealth platform for those visits, you only pay the applicable infrastructure or usage cost associated with the visit.

What if I don’t get any patients?

Then you pay nothing. There’s no monthly fee and no minimum. CareNiva only earns when it actually grows your practice — if we don’t send you patients, we don’t get paid. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours.

How do you track which patients came from CareNiva?

Every new patient who books through your CareNiva Express profile is recorded in your provider dashboard. You’ll see each new-patient booking — and the associated $20 fee — itemized before it’s charged, so there are no surprises.

How and when am I charged the $20?

You keep a card on file. The $20 per-new-patient fee is charged after the visit is booked, and every charge is itemized in your dashboard. Patient payments for the visit itself go directly to you through the integrated payment gateway — you keep 100% of your visit fee.

What if a new patient cancels or no-shows?

If a new-patient booking is cancelled before the visit or the patient no-shows, the $20 fee is waived or refunded — you only pay when you actually connect with a new patient. (Final no-show policy shown in your provider agreement.)

Is there any monthly, setup, or listing fee?

None. Listing is free, there’s no setup fee, and there’s no monthly subscription. You pay a flat $20 per new patient CareNiva Express sends you — and standard platform usage rates apply only if you use CareNiva for your own patients.

Can I be listed in multiple states?

Yes. Your listing supports every state you’re licensed in. Patients searching in any of those states will find you.

Is the platform HIPAA-compliant?

Can I remove my listing anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract — unlist or close your account anytime from your dashboard, with no cancellation fee (there’s no subscription to cancel). Profile data is retained for 90 days in case you return.
